About Pipe Cut Templates
Pipe Cut Templates is a free set of tools for pipe and tube notches, main-pipe openings, and matched joint templates. It turns entered dimensions into full-scale printable PDFs, DXF profiles, or marking references for the tube.
What does this tool do?
Use it to calculate reference profiles where ideal circular tubes intersect, create branch-end notch and main-pipe outer-surface opening references, and export consistently coded files for matched joints. Check your measured dimensions, units, paper scaling, and fabrication orientation before use.
What does it not replace?
Its outputs are references for cutting, marking, and checking. They are not CNC toolpaths, bevel designs, structural calculations, welding procedures, material certification, or proof of a physical test fit. Fabrication, assembly, and safety decisions remain with the user and applicable requirements.
How are dimensions and feedback handled?
Calculator dimensions and saved tasks stay in your browser’s local storage. When you submit feedback, the message and any contact email you choose to provide are sent to the site operator. Do not include confidential dimensions, drawings, or other sensitive information in feedback.
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile abuse checks for the feedback form. Google Analytics visit measurement loads only after your consent. Refusing does not affect the tools; change your choice through Privacy settings. We do not send dimensions, project content, or feedback text to analytics services.
