SET-ON / SHARED DIMENSIONS

One joint, two parts

The branch rests on the main. The main hole follows the branch bore; these are two different profiles.

Inches accept decimals or fractions.

Leave direction blank to mark the center directly; the chosen direction is treated as 0°.Look into the selected main end: clock increases clockwise from your 0° reference. The branch leans away from that end.

One set of dimensions, two matched set-on templates

Joint tasks use one set of diameters and angle for a branch-end notch and its matching main-pipe opening, with one set code on the paired PDF or DXF outputs. This workflow is for set-on joints only; use the separate main-pipe tool for set-in openings.

Assemble the two PDFs separately; never match A/B targets across the branch and main templates. Verify print scale and reference marks on both parts, then test fit the joint. Saved tasks remain in the current browser.
